Full-Stack .NET Engineer (C# / React)

Summary

We're building a B2B SaaS platform for regulated document workflows: it prepares structured documents, submits them to a government system through its API and processes the responses. The product is a .NET modular monolith with a React SPA, running on Azure. You'll join the engineering team and deliver features end to end, from backend and frontend to integrations and tests, with code review, architecture and priorities shared across the team. We're looking for a team player who is comfortable with code review, asks questions and shares knowledge; someone who cares about quality (tests, readable code, small pull requests); curious and willing to dig into a complex regulatory domain. What we offer: a permanent full-time position with official employment with Alivelis LLP in Kazakhstan under the Labour Code (probation period applies); fully remote, working from home; candidates must be based in Kazakhstan; business hours only, with no on-call or night shifts; salary negotiable (gross, KZT); a modern stack (.NET 10, React 19, Azure, infrastructure as code) and solid engineering practices: CI, automated tests, code review.

What you'll do

• Develop features in the C# / .NET backend, a modular monolith with Domain / Application / Infrastructure layers and clear module boundaries
• Build and improve UI in React + TypeScript
• Work on the integration with a government system API: OAuth, XML documents based on a standard data model, notifications and error handling
• Design data schemas and EF Core migrations on PostgreSQL
• Write unit, integration and architecture tests, and keep CI green
• Review code, discuss technical solutions with the team and keep documentation up to date

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of commercial software development, including .NET and React / TypeScript
• C# / .NET (we use .NET 10), ASP.NET Core
• Entity Framework Core, PostgreSQL
• React, TypeScript
• Testing with xUnit and NSubstitute, plus integration tests with Testcontainers and WireMock.Net
• Git, GitHub Actions, Docker
• Layered architecture and modular monoliths, in-process events, the outbox pattern
• English B2+ (work with English-speaking stakeholders)
• Hands-on experience using AI agents in day-to-day development (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot)
• Nice to have: Azure (Container Apps, ACR, Key Vault, Blob Storage, Application Insights, Front Door); Terraform; Vite, Tailwind CSS, Radix UI / shadcn, TanStack Query, react-hook-form + zod, Vitest, Testing Library; OpenID Connect / OAuth 2.0, JWT; XML schemas and complex document models; regulatory integrations; Serilog, observability
