Privacy policy
How Alivelis LLP collects, uses, stores and protects personal data in connection with this website and the emails you send us.
Effective date: 12 October 2026.
This policy is issued under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 "On personal data and their protection", as amended, and the Rules for the collection and processing of personal data.
1. Who processes your data
The owner and operator of the personal data described here is Alivelis LLP (ТОО «Alivelis»), BIN 260940022898, Beiimbet Mailin 23, VP 7a, Almaty district, Astana 010000, Kazakhstan.
For any question or request about personal data, including requests to exercise your rights, email hello@alivelis.com.
2. What this site does not collect
- The site has no contact forms and no user accounts.
- The site does not set cookies.
- The site does not use analytics, tracking pixels or advertising tools.
If we add analytics, a contact form or cookies, we will describe them in this policy before they go live.
3. Personal data we process and why
Emails you send us
When you write to hello@alivelis.com or another Alivelis address, we receive your name, your email address, the content of your message and any attachments, together with any other details you choose to include. We use them only to reply to you and to handle your request, such as a project enquiry or a question about our services or our product.
Job applications
When you send a CV or application to careers@alivelis.com, we receive your name, contact details, the CV and the other information you include. We use them only for recruitment: to assess your application, to contact you about it and to consider you for future roles.
Web server logs
When you visit the site, the web server automatically records standard technical data: your IP address, browser user agent, the requested URL and the time of the request. We use these logs only to keep the site secure and running, for example to detect abuse and diagnose errors. We do not use them to build profiles of visitors.
4. Legal basis and consent
We process personal data with your consent or where the law allows processing without consent. By emailing us or sending an application, you provide your data so that we can handle your message or application for the purposes described above. You can withdraw your consent at any time as described in section 8.
By sending a CV or application to careers@alivelis.com, you consent to Alivelis processing it for recruitment, including keeping it on file for future roles. You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing careers@alivelis.com or hello@alivelis.com, and we will then delete your application.
Please do not send us sensitive personal data, such as health information, in emails or CVs unless it is necessary.
5. Where your data is stored and who receives it
- Website hosting: the site and its web server logs are hosted on a server located in Kazakhstan, provided by the Kazakhstan hosting provider ps.kz.
- Cloudflare: requests to the site pass through Cloudflare, a content delivery and security service. Cloudflare operates a global network, so technical request data (such as IP address, user agent, requested URL and time) may be processed on its servers outside Kazakhstan.
- Email: our email is hosted on Microsoft 365. Emails and attachments you send us, including CVs, are stored by Microsoft, and its servers may be located outside Kazakhstan.
These providers process data on our behalf to host the site and our email. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising. We disclose personal data to public authorities only where the law requires it.
6. Cross-border transfer
Because of the Cloudflare and Microsoft 365 services described above, personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Kazakhstan. Cross-border transfer takes place in accordance with the Law on personal data and their protection. By emailing us, you acknowledge that your message is processed through these services.
7. How long we keep data
- Emails: for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting cooperation, then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
- Job applications: for the recruitment process and, on the basis of your consent, on file for future roles, until you withdraw consent by emailing careers@alivelis.com or hello@alivelis.com. We then delete your application.
- Web server logs: 30 days, then deleted.
When the purpose of processing has been achieved, or when you withdraw consent and no legal grounds for further processing remain, we destroy the data.
8. Your rights
Under the law, you have the right to:
- know whether we process your personal data and receive information about that processing, including its purposes, sources and recipients;
- ask us to correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data;
- ask us to block or delete your data where it is processed in breach of the law or is no longer needed;
- withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data;
- protect your rights, including by filing a complaint with the authorised body for personal data protection or a court.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@alivelis.com from the address the data relates to, or tell us how we can confirm your identity. After a valid withdrawal of consent, we stop processing your data within 15 working days, unless the law requires us to continue; in that case we will tell you why.
9. How we protect your data
We take organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, change, disclosure and loss. These include encrypted connections to the site, access to mailboxes and servers limited to people who need it, and the security features of our hosting and email providers. If a breach of personal data occurs, we will act in accordance with the law.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our processing changes or the law requires it. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
